Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment or a no-show will result in a cancellation/no show fee. The fee is 50% of the service booked to compensate for the money and time the technician loses. Habitual cancellations or no shows will result in the client being banned from booking unless the servicing technician decides otherwise.
